We hope you enjoyed yesterday's Knott's Peanuts Celebration update, be sure to check it out if you haven't yet.
Today we've got something for the thrill seekers as we're back for another look at HangTime which had it's track completed last week.

The park is celebrating the completion of track for HangTime ... or that other thing. =)
The track is completed, and other than the station and lift hill there isn't a straight piece of track on this entire ride!!
Wish the Sky Cabin was open right about now. =)
A peek behind the wall. You can see they are starting work on the station.
This ride is going to be so photogenic.
Really can't wait for this to open
Another peek behind the wall, not as much to see in this one.
One last look. This would be a really great spot for pics if it weren't for the games.
Thanks for checking out our update, we hope you enjoyed.
We should start seeing more ground work done in the next few weeks. Trains don't appear to be onsite yet so don't expect testing to begin in the next week or two.
Happy Tuesday, it's time for another fantastic update from Knott's Berry Farm and HangTime.
The ride is looking amazing and the track installation should be done soon. Some of the other Cedar Fair parks have done life streams for the completion of their track, maybe Knott's will as well. We'll let you know if we hear anything.
Hi Chickens, which way to the park?
There was a Plethora of Poultry on our way into the park
The weather was perfect, that coupled with it being a holiday weekend meant the park was very busy
They are getting the stage ready for the Peanut's Celebration that begins on January 27
HangTime is looking amazing!!
Lots of twisted steel
This is going to be an awesome addition to the Boardwalk
Can't wait to see cars flying through the course
Not much more track to go now
HangTime is looking great, and track looks to be very close to being done.
We have gotten some questions about opening dates and right now we haven't heard anything official or unofficial. As soon as we have some dates we'll pass it on.
We'll be back at the park for the Peanut's Celebration in a couple of weeks, hope to see you there!!
Today we've got our first Knott's update since I believe Scary Farm, and it's chock full of HangTime goodness.
It's been a crazy time of year for sure, so sit back with your holiday cup o' joe and enjoy some HangTime!

Welcome to Knott's Berry Farm. Hope you all had a nice holiday and are ready to ring in 2018.
Something is different back there ...
The Knott's Skyline has changed!!
What you've all been waiting for, the Knott's Sky Cabin!!! =)
(The park has been using it to take pictures of HangTime, but no guests)
Would ya look at that?
Other than the lift, there is not one straight piece of track on this entire thing
A twisted maze of awesome
It's definitely photogenic
Close up of the brakes
That first drop is going to be a lot of fun
A beautiful sunset and an awesome looking coaster
We hope you enjoyed this update. They are VERY close to finishing up the track of the ride, not sure what their work schedule is this week but we wouldn't be surprised to see HangTime open in time for the Boysenberry Festival.
Yesterday was a huge day for coaster announcements throughout the Cedar Fair Chain. While much of the attention went to Cedar Point as always, it was the west coast of the chain that had a couple of announcements later in the day that proved to be worth the wait.
We were invited to the announcement event at Knott's Berry Farm, Here is our story. =)

After spending a few hours in the park enjoying National Rollercoaster Day it was time to head over to the Boardwalk BBQ for some yummy food, drinks and music.
Oh, and some kind of announcement thing.
Of course Dan from Westcoaster had to curse the new ride before it was even announced.
We were all pretty happy the new ride had nothing to do with Wind.
We had a front row seat
Here are some highlights from the announcement.
We were all pretty excited when we saw this
The always popular Ride Stats
Some logo and art, looks sweet. Can't wait to see it lit up at night.
After the announcement we were given a little tour of the site.
They are going to start pouring the foundations on August 28. So that means when we go back to the park for the Knott's Scary Farm event on the 31st we should have some nice construction shots too.
Been a few years since we've seen a big plot of dirt at Knott's, it's a great thing!
This view is going to look way different very soon
As seen a few hours earlier, they are already hard at work in the area.
We did try to find out from the dippin dots gal a few hours ahead of time, but she wasn't talking.
After our tour it was party time!!
The gangs all here!! Hang Loose!!
The Boardwalk BBQ really is great and we can't wait to try more food in the near future.
Thank you Knott's for another great event, we can't wait to Hang 10 on HangTime in 2018!!
