WHAT: Summer just got even hotter at SeaWorld, with the announcement of a new summer weekend-concert series, kicking off with alternative rock band Vertical Horizon. Best known for their hit song, “Everything You Want,” (Billboard’s Most Played Single in 2000), Vertical Horizon will perform two free shows a day at SeaWorld’s outdoor Nautilus Amphitheater on Aug. 3 and 4. The remaining artists for SeaWorld’s summer concert series (which will continue on weekends through Sept. 1) will be announced soon.

WHEN: 1 and 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays, Aug. 3 to Sept. 1, 2019

WHERE: Nautilus Amphitheater, SeaWorld San Diego

DETAILS: Vertical Horizon was founded in the early 1990s by undergraduate students from Georgetown University. With lead singer and founding member Matthew Scannell as frontman, Vertical Horizon recorded several indie albums before being signed to RCA in 1998.
Nautilus Amphitheater will open one hour prior to performance, and seating will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Concerts are included with park admission.

The best way to experience SeaWorld’s summer concerts, and all the park has to offer all year long, is with a SeaWorld Silver “SoCal” Annual Pass. For a limited time, the SoCal Pass, which offers 12 months of admission with no blockout dates plus free general parking, is just $6.24 per month, plus down payment.
