Six Flags Great Adventure to Host Tenth Annual ‘Grape Adventure’ Wine and Food Festival Nov. 2 & 3

​What:
Six Flags Great Adventure presents the region’s most unique wine and food festival with a “wild” twist. Six Flags Grape Adventure offers a memorable experience to sample local wines, snack on delectable eats, shop and enjoy entertainment partnered with a special V.I.P. Safari experience including giraffe feeding Nov. 2 and 3, 2019.
 
Grape Adventure Wine and Food Festival features 16 New Jersey vineyards with more than 150 locally-produced wines for sampling, an array of dishes from 18 specialty food stations, and handcrafted gifts from 25 local artisans. Guests can purchase an upgraded safari package which includes a private tour of the 350-acre Safari, wine tasting with a view of the African Plains animals including giraffes, zebras, gnu and more while enjoying the scenery surrounding Camp Aventura. A remarkable, face-to-face giraffe feeding experience is available for an additional charge.
 
Guests can choose from among 18 food stands for sweet or savory culinary delights, including German brats, Cajun jambalaya, Canadian poutine, curry chicken, Polish pierogies, Jamaican beef, Filipino kabobs, American BBQ, pickles on a stick, cannolis, beignets, apple cider donuts, decadent waffles, chocolate-dipped cheesecake and more.
 
The tenth-annual event coincides with the final weekend of Fright Fest 2019. The Safari will not be open to the general public.

Enter via main park entrance on Rt. 537 West. Wine festival parking is free with advanced ticket purchase.

Saturday and Sunday, November 2 and 3 from 11:30 am to 5 pm
Safari Package (includes tours, tastings, and theme park attractions) available from 10:30 am to 3 pm
