Now that Halloween Season has ended it's time to turn our attention back to 2016 attractions, at least for the next couple of weeks until Holiday Season starts. So today we'll take a look at Ghostrider at Knott's (we'll also share some pics from the last night of Knott's Scary Farm too). Written by Gregg Condon Forgive the lighting and such on these pictures, these were taken in the late afternoon. Last update only the lower track was being done, they've moved up top this week. Some wood ready to get installed. Apparently there is a LOT of wood backstage. This is going to be so awesome. Still no idea if any of the track will be reprofiled or if it's just going to be the same layout. The turnaround The pre-lift element The main reason for our visit was of course the last night of Knott's Scary Farm. Below is a video we took of the last few minutes of the event. It was awesome. Have a nice hybernation buddy!! The pre-scare dinner is great fun. Josh made a friend. The monsters finding unsuspecting victims and having a great time Nice directional signs were added since our last update ... these were much needed. Paranormal ... never had a bad time in here all year. Trick or Treat ... wildly consistent all year. Probably our 2nd favorite of the year. Josh got the mark in Voodoo My Bloody Clementine ... we only got to do this twice all year and while we enjoy the Mine Train being haunted I don't think talent is necessary in here. I'd like to see them do more with the existing technology in the mine like they did with Witch's Keep last year. We finally saw Elvira. It was great cheesy Halloween fun with lots and lots and lots and lots of boob jokes. Like A LOT!!! =) Thanks for reading. We'll have another update on Wednesday celebrating our 2 year Anniversary ... 2 years. Wow. We can't believe it. We'll also be back at Knott's in a few weeks for Knott's Merry Farm. Have a great week!! Comments are closed.
