Florida families can also register for a 2023 Preschool Card, granting children under the age of five free admission to both Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island Water Park. Registering is exclusive to Florida residents, free and only available online now through Feb. 26.
 
Advance registration for a 2023 Preschool Card must be completed online and is only valid for children ages 5 or younger at the time of redemption at the park. Registration is required by Feb. 26. First visit ticket redemption must occur by March 13.
