ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Sept. 30, 2026 — Dorney Park’s Halloween Haunt presented by SNICKERS® has been voted one of the 10 Best Theme Park Halloween Events in the country in the 2026 USA TODAY 10BEST Readers’ Choice Awards.

Dorney Park ranked No. 10 nationwide following weeks of public voting, placing the Lehigh Valley destination among the country’s top Halloween events as chosen by 10BEST voters.

The recognition comes during one of Dorney Park’s biggest Halloween Haunt seasons yet, featuring six haunted mazes, five scare zones, four live entertainment experiences, hundreds of monsters and rides after dark. New for 2026 are Blair Witch: No Signal, a haunted maze inspired by The Blair Witch Project®, and The Conductor, a live production combining percussion, violin and pyrotechnics inside the McTavish Steel Yard.

“Being voted one of the 10 best theme park Halloween events in the country is an incredible honor, especially because this recognition comes directly from fans,” said Kim Solis, park manager of Dorney Park. “Our team goes all-in to transform Dorney Park after dark with hundreds of monsters, immersive haunted mazes, live entertainment and nighttime coaster rides. This recognition proves you don’t have to travel far to experience one of the best Halloween events in the country.”

Nominees for the USA TODAY 10BEST Readers’ Choice Awards were selected by a panel of subject matter experts and USA TODAY 10BEST editors before being put to a public vote.
