ITALY

Booth located in the Golden Bear Plaza

Entrees:

Toasted Ravioli – toasted ravioli with marinara sauce, topped with parmesan cheese and basil (pictured)
Three Cheese Arancini – three cheese Italian stuffed rice balls topped with parmesan cheese and basil
Piccino Caprese Skewers – mini fresh mozzarella balls with basil and cherry tomatoes

Desserts:

Tiramisu Gelato – vanilla gelato and tiramisu drizzled with chocolate sauce and served in a waffle cone

Drinks:

Strawberry Lemonade – lemonade with strawberries and strawberry syrup

GREECE

Entrees:

Beef Gyro on Pita Bread – seasoned gyro meat, lettuce, tomato and tzatziki sauce on a wheat pita (pictured)
Spanakopita – flaky pastry filled with spinach and feta served with tzatziki tossed cucumbers
Horiatiki (Greek Salad) – lettuce, tomato, kalamata olives, cucumbers, red onions, green bell peppers and feta cheese with a side of feta cheese dressing
Hummus with Pita Chips – dollop of hummus served with thin slices of pita bread

Desserts:

Baklava – light pastry filled with chopped walnuts, pine nuts, pistachios and almonds, and drizzled with syrup and honey

Drinks:

Drink of the Gods – lemonade with blue raspberry syrup and mint

CARIBBEAN

Cubano Cigar Spring Rolls – crispy spring rolls with ham, pork and Swiss cheese served with mustard
Jamaican Jerk Chicken – grilled chicken skewer with a jerk seasoning glaze served on a bed of cabbage
Chicken Empanadas – shredded chicken in a buttery pastry crust
Veggie Empanadas – stuffed pastry with spinach and mozzarella cheese (pictured)

Desserts:

Caramel Custard Flan – traditional custard dessert topped with caramel sauce and a fresh mint leaf

Pine Orange Punch – blend of fruit punch and orange juice

Chicken & Pork Dumplings – chicken and pork wrapped in a thin layer of dough served with green onion, soy sauce and sesame seeds
Gochujang Chicken Wings – chicken wings tossed in Gochujang sauce served on a bed of rice and topped with green onion and sesame seeds
Korean Quinoa Stir Fry – quinoa and rice stir fry with edamame and fire roasted corn (pictured)

Chicken Pot Stickers – dumpling stuffed with chicken and topped with green onions, served with sweet and sour sauce
