LEGOLAND® California Resort is honored to announce stars of Hallmark Channel, Ashley Williams, Brennan Elliott and Barbara Niven as this year’s special guests to light the brand-new LEGO® Christmas tree at the family theme park’s 21st annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, Dec. 1st, 2023 Williams is best known for her starring role on “The Jim Gaffigan Show” and her role as Victoria in the hit series, “How I Met Your Mother.” Williams has starred in more than 11 Hallmark original movies including the most recent Hallmark Channel premiere, “Notes of Autumn.” Brennan Elliott (“UnREAL”) and Barbara Niven (“One Life to Live”) are both stars of Hallmark Movies & Mysteries’ new original ‘Miracles of Christmas’ movie, “Ms. Christmas Comes to Town”. Elliott and Niven are both well known for their roles on the network’s popular mystery series, “Crossword Mysteries”. Williams, Elliott and Niven will help pull the switch that lights the family theme park’s newly unveiled 35-foot-tall LEGO Christmas tree. At the ceremony, LEGOLAND California Resort will donate $50,000 to Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego and Southern California, on behalf of Williams, Elliott and Niven. Ronald McDonald House Charities provides “a home away from home” to families who have a critically ill or injured child in a nearby local hospital and keeps them close to one another during a medical crisis.
