Guests can enjoy one more weekend of Halloween Haunt and Tricks and Treats

DOSWELL, Va. — Oct. 29, 2026 — Halloween season gets an encore at Kings Dominion as the park adds an extra weekend of spooky fun with Halloween Bonus Weekend, Nov. 6-8. The limited-time extension gives guests one final opportunity to experience the screams of Halloween Haunt, the family-friendly fun of Tricks and Treats and many of the park's favorite rides and attractions before the season comes to a close.

 

"Halloween Bonus Weekend is a special opportunity for guests to squeeze a little more Halloween fun into their fall calendars," said Jennifer Schofield, park manager of Kings Dominion. "With Halloween Haunt, Tricks and Treats and many of our favorite rides and attractions, we're extending the season for one more weekend packed with thrills, chills and family fun."

 

During Halloween Bonus Weekend, guests can enjoy:

Friday, Nov. 6 | 6 p.m.-Midnight

  • Halloween Haunt
  • Haunted mazes
  • Immersive scare zones
  • Overlord's Resurrection

 

Saturday, Nov. 7 | 11 a.m.-Midnight

  • Tricks & Treats family-friendly Halloween activities
  • Halloween Haunt
  • Haunted mazes
  • Scare zones
  • Overlord's Resurrection

 

Sunday, Nov. 8 | 11 a.m.-7 p.m.

  • Tricks & Treats family-friendly Halloween activities

 

Guests will find a park filled with Halloween atmosphere, seasonal entertainment, favorite fall attractions and thrilling rides throughout the weekend.

 

"From haunted mazes and scare zones to family-friendly daytime activities, Halloween Bonus Weekend offers another chance for guests to experience the seasonal atmosphere that makes this time of year so special at Kings Dominion," Schofield added.

 

Attraction availability is subject to change. On Nov. 8, select areas and attractions will be unavailable, including Old Virginia, portions of Candy Apple Grove including WindSeeker, Twisted Timbers and Apple Zapple, along with Flight of Fear.

 

Guests can enjoy even greater value with a 2027 Gold Pass, which includes admission to Halloween Bonus Weekend and a full season of rides, special events and seasonal celebrations.
