Guests Can Enjoy the Fan Event, Oztacular Spectacular, on Saturday, October 24, as well as a Traitors-Themed Lobby and Bar Overlay at Universal’s Great Movie Escape

ORLANDO, Fla. (October 1, 2026) – Universal Orlando Resort invites guests to celebrate their fandom for the blockbuster film franchise, “Wicked,” as well as the hit NBC series, “The Traitors: New Blood,” with two unique experiences at Universal CityWalk: the “Wicked”-themed fan event, Oztacular Spectacular, on Saturday, October 24; and themed beverage offerings and sets themed to “The Traitors: New Blood” at Universal’s Great Movie Escape.


Oztacular Spectacular – Saturday, October 24 in Universal CityWalk

From 12:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. on October 24, guests can immerse themselves in the dazzling world of Oz during Oztacular Spectacular – a one-day “thrillifying” fan event at Universal CityWalk. Festivities include picturesque stained-glass photo opportunities, character appearances and meet and greets with Glinda and Elphaba, special displays featuring costumes and props from the films, a DJ spinning all the “Wicked” hits as guests “dance through life” on a yellow brick dance floor and more. Guests can also put their “Wicked” knowledge to the test with trivia sessions for a chance to win exclusive giveaways, as well as shop the latest and greatest “Wicked” merchandise at the Universal Legacy Store.


“The Traitors: New Blood” Themed Bar – Now Open at Universal’s Great Movie Escape

Fans of the hit NBC series, “The Traitors: New Blood,” can enjoy themed bars and specialty offerings at Universal’s Great Movie Escape. Guests can explore two distinct bar experiences - “The Library” on the first floor and “The Roundtable” on the second floor - where they can pose for photos and view set elements, props, and costumes worn by host Alan Cumming and more, all while sipping specialty beverages inspired by NBC’s hit reality competition show. “The Traitors: New Blood” themed bar is open to the public Wednesdays through Sundays from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and no admission is required to check out the bar experiences (separate admission is required to experience Universal’s Great Movie Escape).

A new episode of “The Traitors: New Blood” will return next Thursday at 8/7c on NBC, and stream next day on Peacock.
