It's OSCAR weekend again so we figured we'd take another look at all of the great rides that are inspired by movies and TV shows. 

We've also included some of our Top 5 lists of favorite Movie/TV attractions and included some from a few friends.

  • 5 - Mr Toad's Wild Ride (Disneyland)
  • 4 - Star Tours (Disneyland/DHS)
  • 3 - Great Movie Ride (Disney's Hollywood Studios)
  • 2 - The Little Mermaid (Disney California Adventure/MK)
  • 1 - Indiana Jones Adventure (Disneyland)

Honorable Mention: Pirates of the Caribbean, but technically the ride gave inspiration to the movie. 
RD's Top 5: 
  • 5 Batman: the Clone (Various SF Parks)
  • 4 - Superman: Ride of Steel (Six Flags New England)
  • 3 - Goofy Sky School (Based upon the Goofy Short)
  • 3 - Pirates of the Caribbean (Yeah, I know... the movies came AFTERWARDS...)
