12/7/2015 - Six Flags Discovery Kingdom Update

Today we have a quick update from Six Flags Discovery Kingdom and a look at the all new Joker that's now under construction thanks to a couple of great friends of the site.

Stephen was at the park Thanksgiving Weekend and Andrew was there this past weekend, so we're playing a bit of catch-up but we know you'll enjoy the updates nonetheless. .

From Thanksgiving weekend. You can see all the great progress on Joker. 

As is par for the RMC conversions, much of the old structure is now gone.

Let's move on to this past weekend and we can see there's definitely been some progress made in the past week. 

It's a rainy Chanukah day today at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. ​

A lot of work is happening on the Joker. The drop out of the station is up! ​

All this track was added in just the past week. 

Farewell to Roar sign is still up in the old queue.

Everything is a walk on today. Gotta love the off season! ​

Lots of progress happening on the lift hill! Some new wood and steel beams in place.

One of the parking shuttles is now themed to Joker. The other one is themed to Superman: Ultimate Flight

More Joker updates, with the top of the lift hill peaking over the park and the bottom of the first drop ​
