Holiday In The Park 2023 at Six Flags Magic Mountain

Last weekend we were invited out to Six Flags Magic Mountain for one of our favorite holiday events, Holiday at the Park. Even though it was our Anniversary we wanted to make sure we took the time to visit for a few hours and enjoy the park, and we're very glad we did. 

​Let's head in for some holiday fun! 

Before we get to the holiday fun though, a look at the updated front entrance where all of the ticket booths have been removed other than the ones on each side.

It definitely opens up this area and it will be interesting to see if they open it up more in the weeks and months to come. We definitely wouldn't be mad if they made the entry plaza after security bigger to accommodate the crowds during the summer for both Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbor.

Iconic Park Entry!

Also wanted to take a possible last look at the Golden Bear Theater, which is slated for demolition soon.

Saw so many great shows in here. Weird Al. Jars of Clay. Okay, so like two.

But there were a lot of iconic shows here over the years including Oingo Boingo, New Kids on the Block. Jonas Brothers, Spinal Tap (with puppets).

Alright, let's get into the Holiday fun! Santa and Mrs. Claus wished us a happy anniversary!

I think there are 2 days of Hanukkah left?

Did you know all of the holiday characters come out from backstage here like the monsters in Fright Fest? We didn't. It was very cool, wish we would have known so we could get video.

Severe lack of sliders, but still incredible! Plus, snow!

Heading over to get our Gleampunk on!

Would it be a holiday event with no hot chocolate? You can even enhance it with some awesome flavorings!

The decorations back here seemed a bit lacking this year, but the playlist is amazing!

The bus is back!!

I have to admit, this is one of my favorite holiday area's of any park.

We end our visit back in the front of the park, with some incredible lights.

Even a bit of haunt fog to enjoy!
