Last Thursday we were invited out to opening night of Knott's Scary Farm 2025! The event always delivers one of the best haunt experiences in the world and this year is no exception! Below you'll find some pics and our maze walkthrough videos for this year, and a quick review of each.

We'll have much more from Scary Farm 2025 in the weeks to come as we make our subsequent visits.

Maze walkthroughs

First up is Mary: The Haunting of Worth Home. This was our groups favorite of the night. We had two spectacular walk-throughs of this one.
Also new for this year is The Zoo. This maze is somewhat unique in that it offers two different experiences, the regular maze and after 11:00pm you can experience it lights out with a flashlight.
We actually slightly preferred the lights out experience. We'd love to see this lights out come to Mary at some point too. Would be super creepy.
A trio of mazes in their third season, we'll start off with Cinema Slasher, which was my second favorite of the night.
And the always amazing Chilling Chambers. A beautiful love letter to Scary Farm. Some new tributes in this one for 2025.
Also in it's third year is Room 13. Which I thought was better than ever. If it wasn't for the drunk guy in front of our group touching literally everything in the maze. They should kick people like that out.
In their second year is Eight Fingers Nine: The Boogeyman and Widows. While last year The Boogeyman was our favorite of the two, on opening night we honestly preferred Widows. Both are absolutely phenomenal.
Widows is so exceptionally creepy, in fact, two members of our group didn't even do this one.
Origins is also back this year, and TBH I'm shocked this wasn't announced as it's final year. The maze could definitely use some freshening up, I'd be shocked if next year wasn't it's final season.
And finally, we have 2 mazes that are entering their final season. The always strong Mesmer, which just messes with your head and doesn't let go.
And The Grimoire, which for us was the best it's EVER been. This maze has always been visually appealing, but it never made much sense (and still doesn't). But as you'll see from this walkthrough, it was amazing.
