The day is finally here, this morning Six Flags announced all of their 2016 additions. We've got all the info for the parks below as well as links to full releases from the parks that sent us their info. We've been posting them all morning, hope you enjoy.

Six Flags Magic Mountain - New Revolution

The New Revolution, the beloved steel roller coaster that has thrilled over 45 million guests in its 40-year reign at the park, will be repainted a brilliant white and blue color, while newly designed trains will be fitted with lap and calf bars, and feature Americana red, white and blue colors with a silver eagle hood adornment. For coaster fans, the elimination of shoulder harnesses will provide a smoother, sleeker ride experience with more airtime.

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom - The Joker

The Joker ride is the second DC Comics-themed attraction at the park after SUPERMAN™ Ultimate Flight opened in 2012 and the villainous character’s personality is evident in the coaster’s chaotic twists and turns including a first ever “step-up-under-flip inverted roll” that takes riders horizontal. The Joker ride also features the ultimate “fake-out” with a unique breaking wave turn, the only one of its kind on the West Coast.

We are expanding our GOTHAM CITY section of the park with attractions themed after popular DC Universe Super-Villains. THE RIDDLER Revenge will send you on a swinging adventure atop a giant swaying pendulum. The round disk will swing back and forth up to 147 feet in the air while rotating counterclockwise. You'll rise up higher and higher on each swing with an unbelievable feeling of weightlessness at the highest point.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas

Fireball will feature an astonishing 72-foot loop and deliver unanticipated weightlessness. On this new adventure, you'll sit face-to-face with other riders and rocket back and forth up each side of the loop, then flip completely upside down during a series of 360-degree inversions. At any surprising moment, your train will suddenly change directions and send you back around full-speed in reverse.

We'll also introduce Hurricane Force 5, an innovative spinning attraction that's the first-of-its-kind in the state. With unique outward-facing seats, this giant hurricane-shaped disc will rotate around while moving side to side along a five-story half-pipe track. Additionally, Spinsanity will whirl and twirl you around all the other spinning riders.

Six Flags St Louis - Fireball

In 2016, Six Flags St. Louis will debut a brand new looping thrill ride, Fireball. The ride will feature an astonishing seven-story loop and deliver incredible weightlessness like you've never experienced before. On this new adventure, you'll swing back and forth pendulum style up each side of the loop, and then flip completely upside down during a series of stomach-tightening 360-degree looping revolutions.

Six Flags Great America - Justice League: Battle For Metropolis

Slated to open at Six Flags Great America in 2016, guests will become members of theJUSTICE LEAGUE Reserve Team, and engage in a full-sensory journey as they battlealongside BATMAN™, SUPERMAN™, WONDER WOMAN and GREEN LANTERN against LexLuthor, The Joker and his henchmen. Traveling in six-passenger vehicles, riders must outsmart Lex Luthor and The Joker and save the city of Metropolis.

Six Flags Great Adventure - Total Mayhem

After being lifted straight up a 12-story, 90-degree hill, this 4-D, free-fly coaster will wreak havoc as riders flip head-over-heels at least six times along the weightless journey. Thrill seekers will experience exhilarating leaps and dives along a horizontal plane, along with unexpected drops as they tumble from one level to the next. The wing seats amp up the pandemonium since riders will experience all of this chaos with no track above or below – just the sky, ground and adjacent Great Lake churning around them.

The Coaster Capital of New England is proud to add a giant looping roller coaster to its already impressive lineup of thrills. The Fireball will offer the ultimate in adrenaline and thrills as the theme park continues to introduce the latest in ride technology for its guests in New England. 

Six Flags Over Georgia - DC Super Friends Kids Area

Thrilling family fun is in the works, as Six Flags Over Georgia today announced the all-new DC SUPER FRIENDS themed area and the all-new Bugs Bunny Boomtown for the 2016 season. The two new areas will feature 12 rides and attractions, in what will become the perfect family destination spot within the Thrill Capital of the South.

Recently named one of the Top 10 Amusement and Water Parks in the country, Six Flags White Water is off to the races in 2016 with the addition of the all-new Wahoo Racer. The thrilling multi-lane water slide complex will be the largest in the world and add to the park’s impressive line-up of more than 50 slides and attractions at the South’s Most Thrilling Water Park.

Six Flags America - Splashwater Falls

In 2016, Six Flags America will debut a brand new interactive play area at our free water park, Hurricane Harbor. Splashwater Falls will be a multi-level play structure with more than one hundred features to keep families entertained all summer long. Kids will climb up ladders, swish down open and enclosed slides, and navigate varying platforms and net structures.

The Great Escape - Greezed Lightnin'

La Ronde - New Flat Rides and Vampire Backwards

Visitors to La Ronde can experience three new rides in 2016. First, the Vampire rollercoaster ride and emblematic of our fleet will be more intense than ever because the seats will be facing backwards, ensuring that the ride will be in the opposite direction. In your seat suspended from the rail, you will climb and backwards at a height of 32 meters and then you will be propelled into five inversions, without having any idea of ​​what awaits you after. We also added a new area called Adventure Avenue where you will find two new Really amazing rides. The first of these rides is Phoenix, a flying scooter that passengers must take orders while the machine is elevated in the air. The second is Gravitor, a suspended platform which rotations 360 degrees.

Six Flags Mexico - Justice League Battle for Metropolis

In 2016 Six Flags Mexico present a new interactive 4D attraction: JUSTICE LEAGUE: BATTLE FOR METROPOLIS. This new adventure will feature the most advanced, high-resolution video graphic technology and a whole sensory experience that will put you in the middle of the action. After strolling through the Hall of Justice, you will board an armored vehicle with a laser gun, you will travel through incredible scenes around the entire city of Metropolis, interacting with animatronics and 3D animations to save your favorite superhero fearsome villains . Expect it this 2016!
