As part of the seasonal launch, Six Flags will also unleash a new interactive, SCREAMium experience --The Conjuring: Beyond Fear-- in four locations. This attraction will join an extensive lineup of bone-chilling thrills, captivating live entertainment and pulse-pounding rides for an unrivaled fall adventure, with visits to more than 40 properties available with a single 2026 Six Flags Entertainment Season Pass during the exclusive MVP (Most Valuable Pass) limited-time offer.

This new, premium attraction—unlike anything guests have experienced at a Six Flags park before— will have guests navigate iconic scenes from New Line Cinema's The Conjuring Universe to lock away cursed artifacts before supernatural chaos is unleashed. Guests will encounter legendary entities such as The Nun, The Crooked Man and The Ferryman as they race to restore order and lock Annabelle back in her secure box—or risk catastrophic consequences for the living realm.

With state-of-the-art effects, screen-to-scream environments, and a series of chilling interactive challenges in an experience spanning more than 20 minutes, The Conjuring: Beyond Fear will plunge guests deeper than ever before into The Conjuring Universe. Six Flags Entertainment parks will offer a vast array of frights in the midways as roaming scare actors take over themed scare zones. Lurking amid the large props and startling guests with jump scares, noise makers and more, street zombies will transform the pathways into a massive, outdoor haunt.

Live entertainment will be found in theaters and midways featuring everything from Halloween song-and-dance shows and stunning fireworks displays to zombie parades and monster rock bands.

Fright Fest admission options at Six Flags Magic Mountain include:
 

• Single Day Admission - A single day ticket grants access to Fright Fest to enjoy the shows, scare zones and other frightful delights. Guests will need to purchase a Haunted Attractions Pass if they wish to access the park’s Haunted Mazes with an optional Express upgrade available that allows for priority entry to all haunted mazes.
• Pass Holder Admission – Fright Fest admission is included with valid Season Passes* and Memberships. A Haunted Attractions Pass is required for entry into haunted mazes. Season Passholders looking for season-long scares may purchase an All-Season Haunted Attractions Pass to be added to their Season Pass. *Blockout dates may apply.

 
Fright Fest at Six Flags Magic Mountain will operate on select Thursdays through Sundays, from Sept. 19 to Nov. 2 with a total of 26 nights of fright. The park will be open for daytime operations on select calendar days from 10:30 am to 7 pm, with Fright Fest running from 7 pm to 12 am on Thursdays and Sundays, and 7 pm to 1 am on Fridays and Saturdays.

The Conjuring: Beyond Fear will open in Carowinds’ Aeronautica Landing Theatre, a nearly 3,600 square-foot venue in the Aeronautica section of the park. It is recommended for guests aged 13 and up; parental discretion is strongly encouraged.
 
Terrifying New Additions in 2025
To celebrate its 25th anniversary, SCarowinds will debut a total of four new attractions, a scare zone and a live stage show, including:

Admission to SCarowinds includes all rides, live shows, scare zones, street entertainment and daytime events like Tricks and Treats and Oktoberfest. New this year, guests will need to purchase a Haunted Attractions Pass to visit haunted mazes. The Conjuring: Beyond Fear is a SCREAMium experience that requires separate purchase for access and is not included with park admission or a Haunted Attractions Pass. Prepare for an entirely unique, fun and freaky Halloween Attraction...and do not come alone.
 
Thrill seeking guests must first travel through a twisted spine-chilling maze filled with Creatures from Beyond, to reach the theatre, where they will witness our signature live show consisting of a series of riveting, grotesque and terrifying wordless vignettes and mind-blowing physical performances. Guests will then face an entirely different set of frights and fears lurking in the corners, as they traverse a 2nd scream-inducing TOUR OF TERROR Maze on their way back into the real world!
 
URBAN DEATH TOUR OF TERROR was created by Zombie Joe and Jana Wimer, and has traveled the globe haunting audiences in Edinburgh, New York City, and Cape Town. URBAN DEATH TOUR OF TERROR has also been recognized by horror icon Joe Bob Briggs, The Last Drive-In, receiving the Silver Bolo Award for “Excellence in Horror Media.”
