![]() Before opening night of Halloween Horror Nights we headed to the park a bit early to check out the progress on Wizarding World and take in the tram. For all intents and purposes, outside construction on Wizarding World (at least what we can see) is done. Only thing left is the rest of the greenhouse and some of the lower scaffolding on Hogwarts. Written by Gregg Condon Just a bit of scaffolding left. I just ... wow. I'm surprised there aren't more accidents on the 101 from people looking up at the beauty that is Hogwarts. You can see it from well outside the park. The greenhouse looks to be one of the last things that needs to be completed. Some people keep insisting there's a building behind the greenhouse ... must be Muggles. =) Not sure if they are testing Hippogriff or not yet, but I can't imagine it's too far off at this point. Through the trees ... can't wait to get in here and have some fun!! Moving on, the new dining/retail location at the front of the park is really starting to take shape. You can really see a lot of elements they are cutting out right now. Through the scaffolding you can start to see some of the shapes that the building will be in and it will fit with the Universal Plaza VERY well. Let's hope this opens up this corridor because they are going to need the space once Potter opens. Alright, that's going to wrap it up for this quick update. If you missed the first of our Halloween Horror Nights updates outlining the mazes (with minimal spoilers) click here. And for the full HHN press release click here. We'll have more updates from HHN later today as well as another of our highlight videos. Who's getting excited for Wizarding World? It's only a few months away now!!!
