 May the 4th be with you ... Today we have a great update from Renée and all the work being done at Disney's Hollywood Studios to get ready for both Star Wars Land and Toy Story Land. Be sure to check out all the amazing thing to do at this park now. (see what we did there?) Written by Renée Girard Taking a quick walk through Disney's Hollywood Studios today. New walls are up near the front.  Star Wars has more of a presence in DHS over Frozen now.  The new Star Wars stage show takes place several times a day.  With 90+ temps this week and no shade, this location can't be the most comfortable, but this guy doesn't mind.  Another look at the work going on towards the front of Disney's Hollywood Studios.  Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple has a ton of show times.  Kylo Ren is now incorporated in Jedi Training, as well as Darth Vader.  Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away stage show features clips from the films, all your favorites characters, and fire!    Fairly minimal waits at Star Wars Launch Bay, especially compared to how they used to be for Star Wars Weekends!  Muppets and Mama Melrose's are literally the only things in the back section of the park.  Some of the walls up around the former Streets of America, making way for more Star Wars. I end up leaving with a Thumper cupcake.  They sure do have big plans at Disney's Hollywood Studios! Can't wait to see all of the changes and additions! Construction at Thirsty River Bar next to Expedition Everest at Disney's Animal Kingdom   Mickey & Minnie are at Adventurer's Outpost at DAK in Xmas sweaters, the only place in WDW to meet them together  Riverside Depot, a new building at Disney's Animal Kingdom, is out from behind the walls but not yet open   Things in Pandora are finally starting to take shape for the new Avatar Land at Disney's Animal Kingdom   One of the construction walls near Pizzafari at Animal Kingdom gives a glimpse into Pandora for Avatar Land  Elsa & friends from Frozen light up Cinderella's castle nightly with ice and snow for the holidays at Magic Kingdom     We took a trip on the Jingle Cruise tonight at Magic Kingdom. It's great to have a holiday overlay here!     It may be Christmas at Disney's Hollywood Studios, but Star Wars Launch Bay opens in less than a week!   |
