![]() Today we've got a fantastic report from the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival. If it seems like the last festival at Epcot just ended, that's because it did. But we can't think of another park that does Festivals so awesome so we'll keep letting it slide. =) Enjoy!! Written by Renée Girard (click any picture below to see a larger version) It’s a beautiful day for a walk around the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival! It’s pretty much a requirement to get a festival passport when attending these seasonal events. Get a close look at all different types of butterflies and flowers in the Butterfly Haven The festival merchandise is nice and colorful, and features fan favorites like Figment and Orange Bird. And a rose gold spirit jersey, of course. The Spaceship Earth orange themed hat and shirt are pretty cool looking. The character topiaries look fantastic as always New this year is the Honey Bee-stro. The roasted cauliflower dish is quite tasty. Plenty of drink options, and luckily for me, most have beer flights. At Northern Bloom near Canada, I got the beers from Unibroue. Another yummy beer flight at the Florida Fresh booth. Highly recommend the warm chocolate cake at the Smokehouse! More beer in Germany! And cheese strudel. All good! Snow White and the seven dwarves topiary in Germany. Disney topiaries around the world! The plants and flowers in Mexico at Epcot are like a rain forest and look amazing. Had a wonderful day checking out some of what this year’s Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot has to offer. Today we've got a look at some more of the tasty food and the some new floral things added since our last update. Written by Renée Girard It's a warm, spring night so we thought we'd stop by Epcot for a bit! Still haven't been to Flower & Garden Festival during the day, but the sunset views are always lovely! Pretty cool photo op by the butterfly garden at Epcot. Beer flight in Canada? Yes, please! Sampled a few brews from Unibroue. We paired the pulled pork slider with 3 Daughters Phantasmas, an awesome spicy double IPA, at the Smokehouse in America. Do you like cheese and berries? We do! The cheese strudel with berries from Germany is delicious. It's always an enjoyable evening when you're strolling around the world at Epcot! Related Updates: ![]() Today we've got an update from the kick-off of the Flower and Garden Festival at EPCOT. Lots of great topiaries to see this year along with the traidional food and wine booths. We'll also hop over to Disney's Animal Kingdom for a quick visit to take in Rivers of Light again. Written by Renée Girard Tonight we are also making a quick stop at Epcot to see some of the Flower & Garden Festival that just started recently. The character topiaries are always a highlight of the festival. Looks great so far! And let's not forget the food & drinks! At Urban Farm Eats, I tried the Crabless Cake with Wildflower pale ale. The Berry Basket is new this year. Might have to make a stop there next visit! Florida Fresh is a favorite stop of mine, mainly for the beer! Chocolate cake at the Smokehouse is amazing! They have a great selection of merchandise for the festival. Loving all the Figment. I might have bought the Mickey ears. Epcot looks just beautiful this time of year. During sunset is a lovely time to take a walk around and smell the flowers at Epcot. And when the sun goes down, the topiaries all light up and it is also quite magical. Enjoyed our short visit to Epcot for a bit of Flower & Garden Festival fun. Since it runs through May, we'll definitely be back! Extreme park hopping! Now we're at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
