SFMM Wonder Woman Flight of Courage Update #2 and Holiday In The Park - November 22, 202111/22/2021
This past weekend we headed out to Holiday in the Park at Six Flags Magic Mountain! But of course, before checking out all the lights and stuffing our faces, we had to peek in at the progress on Wonder Woman Flight of Courage and the Tatsu repaint!

And poof, just like that we've gone from Fright Fest to Holiday In The Park!

Hmm, something is missing
The DC Universe Arch is gone! We like it! Can now see all the way back to Batman!
We still see you there Wonder Woman Lasso of Truth!
All of DC Unvierse is now blocked off! Excited to see what they do back here!
Not much difference since our last update, just lots of footers waiting for supports.
Soon. Very soon.
Lots of holes in the fence to get pics and video! Would imagine the park will fix this soon.
Tatsu is getting a new (and much needed) paint job!
When I first saw the new colors last week they looked Green and Red.
But as you can see here, they are Green and a Dark Orange. I like it!

Definitely some pressure washing needed here before repainting.

Two of the coaster murals were covered up. Can assume one will be for Wonder Woman. Not sure if one needed to be replaced?

Happy November everybody and welcome to our first "official" update for Wonder Woman: Flight of Courage at Six Flags Magic Mountain.
Sure, we've known for awhile what coaster is actually coming to the park, but now it's officially official and we can stop referring to it as "2022 Coaster". That's kind of fun. We've got a lot of great pics and video to share, so let's get right into it! Written by Gregg Condon 
Our first non Fright Fest update since August!
I rode X2 and Tatsu for the first time since 2019, and I had some thoughts. You can see our tweet from Friday below. But the gist is, I'm just not a fan of either of these rides. I know I've talked about this before, and I keep waiting to "get it". But I don't think I ever will.
In fact, riding both of these rides pretty much took me out for the remainder of the day. I only rode Superman after this at SFMM and later in the day at Unviersal I only did the Studio Tour. Just something about these two rides in particular don't agree with me. Yet I can ride Twisted Colossus, Batman, Riddlers, Full Throttle, Goliath, etc all day. Go figure.
Alright, let's get on with the construction stuff!
It appears the footers are all dug. No digging equipment is left on site.
Which means we're now going to be moving into the next phase of construction, and that will be installing the supports.
However we're not sure when that will be, no crane is on site that we can tell.
Some larger square and rectangle footers to go along with all of the round footers.
Lots of vegetation staying to mimic the island of Mia Thermopolis, err, Themyscira.
Over on the DC universe side, some more very large supports
I still really wish they were connecting these two areas. As you can see, all of the large digging equipment from our last update is now gone.

And finally, we do know the round-up is staying, it's going to get yet another new name. Our speculation is Supergirl. What do you think the ride should be rethemed to?
